Diana is an experienced researcher with close to 20 years industry experience since her graduation from NUS. She started her career in the industry with Market Behavior Limited, and subsequently joined AC Nielsen, specializing in qualitative research.

Prior to joining MRC, she had already conducted numerous quantitative and qualitative studies for various private, public, and multi-national companies. In MRC, she continues to dedicate her knowledge and skills to ensure that top quality work is produced for every quantitative and qualitative project.

Diana specializes in qualitative research, media studies and banking/ financial products research, and is well informed of the latest media platforms and technologies.
